Meet the Crew
At Sip and Sea, we are a small family business. Sip and Sea was founded in March of 2017, as an extension of Captain Richard's original charter business. With many of our captains and crew growing up here in Charleston, we have made it our mission to find a fun, safe and affordable way for everyone who visits to enjoy the beautiful Low-country that we call home.
All captains are highly credentialed, randomly drug tested, and licensed by the USCG.
Captain Richard Stoughton

My name is Richard Stoughton, I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I went to Bishop England High School.
I am the proud father of two kids, and currently work as a commercial fisherman, charter fishing guide, and party boat captain.
When I am not out on the water, I find myself playing with the kids, and tinkering with boats and fishing equipment.
Casey Stoughton
College: University of South Carolina
My name is Casey Stoughton, I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I went to Bishop England High School.
I am the proud mother of two kids, and currently work in the banking industry in addition to helping my husband run the numbers side of the business.
Captain Connor Marion
College: College of Charleston
My name is Connor Marion, I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I went to Porter Gaud High School, and currently study at the college of charleston.
In addition to working for Sip and Sea, I work as an on-call Captain for SeaTow international and as a deckhand for Moran Towing. When not working, I find myself out on the water, or spending time with friends and my dog-- Squirell.
Captain John Cetin
College: College of Charleston
My name is John Cetin, I was born and raised in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. I went to Socastee High School.
I played soccer at Wofford College for 2 years then transferred to play at the College of Charleston. I am graduating this May with a BA in Physics with a Math minor. I am a captain for Sip and Sea Charleston as well as saltwater cycle/Charleston brew barge. I love going to the beach and surfing in my free time as well as hanging with friends on the boat!
